Responsibilities:

Brand/category strategy and plans development and implementation (under supervision of SBM) Business reviews, on-going market / competition / brand / category / initiative performance in-depth analysis and action plans, management reporting Content creation Innovation & NPD: development and launch of new products and packaging innovations Consumer understanding and marketing research: both tracking and ad-hoc Brand 360 communication campaigns development (incl. TVC, BTL, digital, in-store): leadership from idea to implementation and post analysis, packaging design & POS development Brand / category P&L analysis and cost optimization Brand budget management & tracking

Requirements:

Marketing experience 3+ years in multi-national company Good business acumen with strong analytical skills Proven track of development and launch of innovations & renovations Knowledge of marketing research instruments / methodologies Development and execution of local 360 communication campaigns Initiative and creative ability with high level of execution Strong project management skills. Result-oriented, have a positive, can do attitude Learning agile, self-motivated, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy Outgoing, confident and an excellent communicator with presentation skills
