Allied Testing is looking to hire an experienced Java developer to work in a distributed development team for a foreign customer. A successful candidate will work on Java server component uploading data from a content distribution network into MySQL database. Tasks may also include work with Ruby on Rails and Node.js/Angular.js.
Required skills:
- Fluent English (ability to communicate in English over the phone)
- 2+ years of relevant Java experience, 3 years’ experience overall
- Experience with RESTful API development, microservices, json-api, spring/spring boot, java 8 (hands-on experience or strong familiarity)
- Good knowledge of SQL/MySQL
- Agile/SCRUM
- Development experience on Linux OS (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
Supplementary skills:
- Experience with no-sql like MongoDB is nice to have.
- Experience of working for foreign companies
