IM Action is looking for an Account Manager to join our young and professional team. Your core responsibility will be representing the company in day-to-day communication with our clients, as well as assisting our teams with reporting and project management tasks.
You will have direct access to all projects details and clients’ needs and will be able to make a real difference in client relationship development and projects’ progress.
Job requirements:
Higher education (university degree); At least 1-year experience within a similar role (a former role in an IT company or digital agency is a plus); Perfect communication skills; Advanced level of written and spoken English; Understanding of Internet marketing and web development processes basics; Understanding of SEO basics; Understanding of Google AdWords and other advertising systems principles; MS Office package power user; Ambition for new knowledge and skills development; Ability to take challenges and learn fast.Job functions:
You will play an important role in turning clients’ needs into actions and bringing value to both clients’ and our company business. As a part of our team you'll be responsible for:
Assisting teams with key project management tasks; Communication with clients and teams, integrated projects reporting and regular updates; Clients’ relationships development; Projects KPIs & progress tracking; Communication with third-party/partner companies; Project paperwork administration.Other details:
