 Planning for executing the routine, preventative and breakdown Mechanical
maintenance and Inspection activities according to the relevant Company and
Statutory safety requirements, ensuring they are adhered to in all activities;

 Site verification of all equipment relevant to work pack and completion of work
pack checklist by coordinating the compilation of all required checklist items.

 Planning for the execution, testing, adjustment, and repair of all activities related
to mechanical equipment, according to the relevant procedures and
recommendations, in respect of time scheduling;

 Submitting of necessary information, log sheets and reports regarding progress of
work packs completed and any identification of any issues preventing
completion;

 Ensure completed work permits are attached to work packs, and accurate with an
adequate risk assessment and that all safety precautions are outlined in the work
pack prior to any work intervention on the facilities;

 Ensure that all Mechanical maintenance and Inspection activities are planned
with the best working practice and in respect with scheduling programs;
