Our client is international Oil and Gas Company has opened a vacancy "Well Engineering Contract Holder".
Responsibilities:
Actively participates in development and execution of category strategy for group of contracts under responsibility, together with C&P wells Category Managers;
Initiates development and execution of contracts strategy for group of contracts under responsibility, together with C&P wells Category Managers;
Ensures effective contracts sourcing and award activities;
Manages the contracts under responsibility post award;
Manages contracts administration;
Effectively liaise with the Technical Expertise Holders in the well engineering and subsurface departments as required;
Effectively liaise with the Technical Expertise Holders as required;
Effectively liaise with local and regional Contractor Management to deliver the best performance possible under the contract;
Ensures full compliance with Shareholder and lender notification, reporting and approval;
Performs other tasks received from Line Manager and performs all other responsibilities required for fulfilment of the tasks and functions.
Requirements:
Higher professional education in an engineering or commercial discipline; 5 years’ experience in offshore drilling or completion and 3 years supervisory experience with an international service company; Basics of effective international and Russian legislation with regard to his/her responsibilities; Knowledge of develop contracts; Knowledge of develop and manage supplier relationships; Knowledge of manage contract execution; Company's local normative acts; Internal Working Rules; Rules and standards of HSE; English from upper-intermediate level.Conditions:
Salary upon interview results; Contract in accordance with Russian Labor Code; Medical Insurance; Location –Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
