- Обязанности: Existence and awareness of a suitable and relevant QA/QC policy. Liaison as necessary with other organizations and relevant authorities, and assistance and cooperation concerning audits and remedial actions. Recruitment, selection, management and development of QA/QC direct reporting staff. Ensure that staff directly involved in QA/QC activities are adequately briefed and trained. Promote and publicize the company’s dedication to QA/QC to clients, external groups, and with in organization. Ensure preparation and approval with the Owner and General Contractor of the weekly work plans for QA/QC activities. Upon advice of the General Contractor’s and Owner’s QA/QC and of direct subordinate supervisors, to foresee and to plan far in advance the necessary preparatory, organizational and purchasing activities for the look-ahead Plan of QA/QC department works. Prepare and approve with the company Project Manager the look-ahead plan of preparatory and preventative activities on QA/QC issues in line with the Level II Project Schedule to meet the Project key dates and intermediate milestones. Organize carrying out inspections to ensure compliance with the QA/QC standards and keep records of all inspections, tests etc. Notify Project Manager about all actual and potential violations of the quality standards, specifications, norms and practices. Hold or attend QA/QC meetings and reviews, review and comment MOMs. Ensure maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment. Develop and conduct appropriate regular refresher trainings for the project QA/QC personnel. Ensure that approved QA/QC procedures are in place and complied at all projects and departments to achieve zero rework goals. Prepare and update the standard PQP plan. Customize the project specific PQP. Prepare and review the QA/QC procedures to meet corporate and projects specific requirements. Ensure that customer complaints regarding QA/QC are being logged and proper preventive and corrective actions are being taken within due date. To facilitate the project site team in resolving technical issues related to QA & QC. To prepare and provide customized QA/QC documents to proposal department. To update the status of Corrective Action Reports (CAR’s) and Preventative Action Reports (PAR’s) for all project sites. To assist project QA/QC team for all technical queries. To update and maintain all the required standards and codes, required to execute the different ongoing projects. To prepare and update the entire standard QIP’s for various disciplines. All HSE hazards to be identified and risks assessed with proper mitigation measures during project execution. Ensure incorporation of safety measures in all method statements related to QC. The position of QA/QC Manager will have a key role and authority with in the QA/QC department. QA & QC system compliance at projects - 100% Internal Audit Plan compliance - 100% Development of QA/QC system - 100% Training of project QA/QC personnel - 100%
No CARs during external IMS/client audit and take corrective action with agreed target date.
