1.2. Carry out visual examination of his/her work place and machines, equipment, and tools assigned to him/her before the shift begins, and pay attention to the following: good order of equipment, devices, tools and appliances; availability and operability of fences, protective railings, interlocking and signalling devices, personal protective equipment, fire extinguishing tools, condition of passages, passageways, areas, elimination of bad housekeeping and clutter at his/her work place, use of manual tools as intended, and make sure that stairways and railings are in good order.

1.3. Identify and eliminate any routine defects of equipment, devices and tools used for work or served by him/her.

1.4. Prepare proper equipment for operation during the tripping process, operational management of automatic and hydraulic roughnecks for lining and tripping operations.

1.5. He/she shall know and observe main operation and maintenance procedures for various types of equipment.

1.6. He/she shall know and observe TRS Critical Rules, TUBULAR RUNNING SERVICES MANUAL, Standard Operating procedure, API, OCTG, TWI

1.7. He/she shall know IMC Bucking Unit, Load Cell

1.8 To monitor the correctness of lifting operations, as well as the conformity of cargo lifting equipment, lines, etc., to the cargo and safe work on loading and unloading equipment

1.9. To monitor the correctness and timeliness of filling in the required documents (ABR, Stop card, pre HSE meeting, PAMC, WPTS, etc)

1.10. Correct and timely filling of working documents MIR, MS, check of correctness of filling and control of filling of working documentation MIR, MS

1.11. Ensure accident-free and reliable operation of all types of round-trip equipment, its proper operation according to the Company's job instructions and procedures, timely and quality repair and maintenance of equipment under the supervision of more skilled specialist (Supervisors and Senior Supervisors)

1.12. Check validity and availability of certificates for equipment and tools.

1.13. Carry out operations on shift takeover, cleaning work place, devices, tools and maintaining them in proper condition, cleaning equipment, and keeping appropriate technical documents.

1.14. Take care of overalls given to him/her, and use them according to the procedure established for wearing, caring and storing personal protective equipment.

1.15. Take care of the company's and its customer's equipment and tools entrusted to him/her.

1.16. Train and coordinate the activities of operators of levels 1, 2 and 3.

1.17. Provide any technical support, if required, to Supervisors, and engage them in purchase of necessary equipment and spare parts.

1.18. Work at WPTS.

1.19. If certificates are available, work on OD, AMC, JAM, etc.

1.20. Keep contact with the customer during operations, and if required, work directly with customer's representative on behalf of the company.

1.21. Employee shall be allowed to: Read draft resolutions of the company's management related to his/her activities; submit his/her proposals on improvement of operations to management for consideration

1.22. Observe labor and fire safety rules and regulations and environmental safety requirements as well.

1.23 Ensure that work assignments are performed in accordance with approved plans, schedules and programs.

1.24 Provide technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets under responsibility of the department.

1.25 Follow up on annual and monthly schedules of preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics schedules.

1.26 Ensure that production facilities and equipment is operated in strict compliance with approved production procedures, operating modes and rules.

1.27 Provide technically correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets under responsibility of the department.

Requirements:

Secondary vocational education

Experience in the oil and gas industry for more than 6 years

Technical education in the field of mechanics, electronics or electrical engineering or equivalent education

It is desirable to know the device and the technical characteristics of the equipment, mechanisms, tools used, the rules for their operation
