Main Responsibilities: Comply fully with local, international and internal regulations/standards. Promote a compliant business culture. Provide sales contract management (paper documents and electronic data), coordinate sales and operations planning processes, receiving and processing of customer orders, providing customer service.

Support the existing sales of sweeteners and starches in Russia Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain the customer database Manage paper contracts (printing, collecting signatures, document exchange between the parties, storing and archiving) and transferring the contract data to the computer Preparing sales reports Receiving and processing customer orders Control of issuing shipping documents Receiving customer complaints Collecting and processing relevant customer-related information Support and develop long-term customer relationships Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers Position reports directly to Commercial Director

Skills:

Solid communication and interpersonal skills Basic English knowledge Working experience at a multinational company is a plus Understanding of key sales processes Independent and structured work Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Strong customer focus

Additional Qualifications:

Education in one of the business-related fields 1-3 years of direct sales or customer service experience
