The position is located in Russia with responsibilities for Sales in Rail market. The main goal Sales of engines and rail solutions in Rail market.
Job responsibilities:
Sales of rail solutions, including:
Maintaining of relationship with existing Rail customers Setup relationships with new target customers on Rail market Monitoring of market conditions, requirements, legislation changes Monitoring of big potential deals of Rail manufactories locally and abroad Identification of factors driven the choice of engine/genset for manufacture of equipment or/and further owner of railway fleet Create and approval in the company of draft of commitment’s required to be successful in the further deal Presenting to manufacturer or/and further owner of railway fleet the advantages of our solutions and offering the mutually beneficial commitment Management of resources (Senior Management, Sales Engineer, VCA manager, Network manager, Order Manager) required to issue the bid and performance of commitment Recording of Sales activity in relevant CRM system/Documentation systemContact realise including:
Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions required prior contracting Negotiation of price and commercial terms Drafting of contract and management of signature of the contractImplementation of contract:
Handover of signed contract to Order Manager for implementation Issue of contract amendments is required Handover of customer to VCA manager or relevant service partnerApproval and organization of required marketing events including:
Organization and performance of customer product trainings Justification and approval of required marketing event/action (exhibition, advertising and so on) Organization of approved marketing event/actionRequirements:
University degree in Engineering or Economic Experience of implementation of projects in railway market Excellent negotiations skill and confidentiality English Upper Intermediate level + Excellent MS office skill (Word, Power Point, Exel) Understanding of Sales processConditions:
Salary based on interview results + annual bonus based on KPI results. Work schedule 5/2, 09.00-18.00 Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, social package (health insurance). Mobile phone.Application period close at: 31.08.2019
