On behalf of our client – a leading provider of components for pumps and compressors –

We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and managing Company’s End-Users (EUs) accounts in the region (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), ensuring that the Company is promoted at all structural levels of these organisations, with the ultimate objective that the Company’s products are specified in the majority of new and existing equipment operated by these companies Promotion of the full range of the Company’s products (wet seals, gas seals, panels, couplings, fluid control, bearings, bearing isolators and others products), and services to EUs accounts Regular and efficient collection of information on end-users, their organisational structure, development plans and strategies, in order to formulate working strategies with these customers Preparation and presentation of technical-commercial packages for the Company’s products/ services In charge of quotations and new contract proposals, including product selection and technical solutions for EUs accounts - quotations to be prepared together with the Sales Support Engineer & Application Engineer Preparation of contracts with EU accounts and negotiation, within set guidelines Visiting EUs account sites throughout the region to support the Company’s products and services, and progressing specific sales/ service proposals Proactively seek out and develop opportunities to supply service/ equipment upgrades/ retrofit across EUs Regular preparation and submission of sales/orders forecasts and plans, as required by the Company’s management Active participation in annual budget preparation and budget reviews Preparation of visit reports and other reports required for the business Collection and collation of data on competitors in order to contribute into developing Company’s regional strategies Working with and supporting Company’s facilities and structures in the region, as well as distributors and trade partners Organising and giving customer presentations Participation in exhibitions, seminars, conferences and other customer events.

Requirements:

Education – degree in Engineering (mechanical, ideally compressor equipment or hydraulic systems) Experience in Sales of components for pumps and compressor machines (mechanical seals, couplings , shutter systems, hydrodynamic bearings) from 3 years High level of customers focus, communication/negotiation skills, working standards, ethical approach, self-discipline and time management Experience of dealing with Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical customers Willingness to travel extensively English – upper intermediate
