We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our international team in Samara.
Job description:
Sales Engineer is essential part of the TDE Energy Services sales team who has sound technical knowledge in O&G field operations, business development experience, and good marketing skills.
Sales Engineer reporting to Sales Director has overall responsibility for all sales deliverables and uses his/her sales skills to improve performance in order to achieve business goals. Sales Engineer should have good inter-personal skills and must be able to convince the customers. Technical understanding of oilfield operations is a key for TDE Energy Services development in line with company sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain services to potential clients;
· Find, evaluate and manage business opportunities in order to increase market share for TDE Energy Services in Russia and Central Asia countries;
· Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities using CRM;
· Maintain the business opportunities pipeline filled up;
· Prioritize actions and plan for future sales prospects;
· Liaise with Clients on services support;
· Establish lasting, professional relationships with Customer and Vendor contacts;
· Understand Customers’ local environment and identify new technical applications suitable for their needs;
· Maintain communication with Customers and be informed on operation activities for accurate planning;
· Ensure that Customer’s problems arising are responded to and appropriately managed;
· Work closely with Customers on new technology introduction, help Customers with Scope of Work for tenders;
· Work on bids and tenders for new Clients;
· Understand contractual requirements;
· Support Customer while contract execution;
· Identify synergy potentials, listen for opportunities, market, and competitive intelligence;
· Update and create sales proposals and reports;
· Tight management of key account pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting;
· Assist higher management in forecasting activities, setting sales goals and plans for assigned accounts;
· Publicize project success stories through magazine and internet publications, through the use of SPE papers, fliers, posters etc..
Requirements:
· 5-year experience in O&G field operations and sales;
· Advanced English is a must;
· Good time-management skills;
· Great interpersonal and communication skills;
· Experience in selling to multinational and international customers;
· Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
· Exceptional ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information;
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
· Understanding the strategic direction of the business, business needs and drivers;
· Team player;
· Ready to travel;
· Desire for continuous improvement and career advancement.
