Accountability: Responsible to HSEQA Manager.

Basic Functions:

Review and approve product/material requisitions and validate quality control and certification requirements.

Assist with the execution of planned project, vendor and subcontractor and internal quality audits in accordance with the audit and review programme.

Attend project kick off meetings as required to provide quality support and advice according to QA/QC deliverables.

Review and approval of Vendor ITPs.

Undertake review of RFQ’s (VDRLs), TBE prior to issuance to client.

Principal Responsibilities:

Quality Engineering duties, Auditing and inspections as required.

Liaise with the Client Quality Representative as appropriate.

Skills:

Knowledgeable QA/QC engineer experienced in the review and development of ISO 9000 process based quality procedures.

Good awareness of ISO9001:2015 principles.

Able to liaise comfortably with management to ensure quality deliverables are executed and are in line with Customer requirements.

Attend project kick off meetings as required to provide quality support and advice according to QA/QC deliverables.

Knowledge of material certification and Russian and international codes such as GOST, ASME, AWS, ASTM, EN.

Knowledge of NDE processes.

Knowledge of Welding procedures and processes.

Understanding of engineering drawings i.e Isometrics, Structural.

Well-developed teamwork & interpersonal communication skills, meeting management, presentation and report writing skills. Ability to work in a client team environment.

All normal and regular Quality Engineer professional competencies. Special emphasis on the review of the Vendor documentation such as material certification and vendor procedures such as Welding procedures.

Good knowledge of, Materials or NDE. CSWIP qualification or equivalent Internal auditor’s certificate is desirable.

Minimum of 5 years gas and oil experience.

Terms and conditions:

Office based position (not shift work or rotation), work schedule - 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday with 2 days off (Saturday, Sunday).
