Our Client is the biggest Company. They are looking for QA Engineer - Auditor.

Responsibilities:

Conduct QMS and Manufacturing process audits applying a risk based approach; Audit planning, development of check lists for proposed audits based on auditee’s Quality systems including Procurement, Engineering and manufacturing process; Preparation of Audit reports to include, but not limited to, Objective, Scope, Audit result identifying Findings, Observations and particular areas of concern, if any; Evaluate the effectiveness of QA processes and procedures to determine manufacturer capabilities to perform to Company's specification requirements; Conduct intermediate assessments during manufacturing phases of; Promote Company's Safety culture during Audit assessment visits.

Requirements:

Formal Quality Assurance Auditor qualification (IRCA preferred); Quality or Engineering / Construction background of +10 years; Knowledge of ISO 9001 and its principles; Minimum of 5 years auditing experience with particular focus on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manufacturing processes; i.e: Material Control, Assembly, Inspection, Testing and Final Documentation; Knowledge of Industry standards (API, ASME, ANSI, GOST); High level of English (Oral and Written), strong technical writing ability and good communication and computer skills; Flexibility for travel within Russia and Internationally.
