Position is open in international company on pipeline construction project, location - Anapa, Kransodar region.

Responsibilities:

Advise the security implementation officer (SIO) of the operating subsidiary/branch and the Project Director/Manager on security rules, procedures and mitigating measures to be implemented at project level and ensure their adequate implementation. Assess security measures implemented at all project sites and report immediately any security inadequacies or incident to the SIO and the Project Director/Manager, the Human Resources Manager of the subsidiary/branch and the Regional Security Manager. Oversee that movements of expatriate personnel assigned to Projects are tracked through available ICT Security Applications (SIDAC, Global Site Tracker, etc.) reporting any discrepancies to the local HR and the Regional Security Manager. Provide advice on Journey Management plan security-related content, covering trips/transfers and warnings adopted by the company in the countries where it operates. These measures, commensurate with the country’s risk level, may include “Meet & Greet” procedures, selection of hotels/accommodation with adequate security standards, rules of behaviour and warnings, communications and tracking systems, safe and defensive driving rules (with or without driver), assignment of escort personnel and use of armoured vehicles (if needed). Prepare Security Induction Briefings for employees and subcontractors personnel, to be delivered as soon as they arrive at a project site/base. Security Briefs must be reviewed and approved by the Regional Security Manager. These briefings contain detailed instructions on risk-reduction behaviours, security procedures and rules applicable to the specific country/project location to be complied with. Coordinate the circulation of information, processes and training at local level. Perform thorough investigations, at the request of the Regional Security Manager, following incidents or critical situations. Manage security issues with local Client security representatives. Ensure the flow of information and operational support to the security implementation officer (SIO), the Project Director/Manager and to the Regional Security Manager. Cooperate at local level with security forces (Police, Army, Navy etc.) in compliance with existing applicable laws and regulations in force in the host country. Supported by the Regional Security Manager, prepare specific “Scope of Work” documents for security services providers on the basis of existing corporate security standards and security conditions in a given area and/or project. Supervise surveillance personnel of security providers contracted by the project. Establish communication requirements for security purposes (radio, mobile, satellite phone network, tracking systems, etc.) and coordinate acquisition/implementation with ICT/ Project Director/ Manager. Support the Security Implementation Officer (SIO) of the operating company/branch and the Project Director/Manager - at project level - with the management of security emergencies, if a crisis occurs or if an evacuation needs to be carried out for security reasons. Implement and manage dedicated ICT Security Applications (ASTRA, Global Site Tracker, etc.) for the company/branch sites. Develop and supervise the Integrated Security System (I.S.S.) at permanent sites within area of responsibility, as well as checking on correct implementations
