На период декретного отпуска на проект требуется специалист по планированию /Project Planner. Срочный трудовой договор на 6 месяцев с марта по сентябрь 2019. Пятидневная рабочая неделя, полный соц.пакет + добровольное мед. страхование. Проект обслуживается иностранной компанией "EthosEnergy Light Turbines Ltd.".
Требования: Высшее профессиональное образование, знание английского языка. На специалиста по планированию проекта возлагаются функции по оказанию полной поддержки Проекту по реализации контракта на о. Сахалине с учетом всех возможностей для разработки Общих планов работ по объектам, детальных планов работ по проектам и отчетов, управления распределением ресурсов и необходимого оборудования и координации решения вопросов между заказчиками и поставщиками / владельцами задач.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Build a Programme structure in Primavera to facilitate both High Level Asset Plans based on planned/ reactive workscopes and Detailed Project Plans to track the implementation of those workscopes. Manage the Resource Allocations to the Asset Plans Manage the Tool Allocations to the Asset Plans Interface with the relevant CE Coordinators on the supply of project materials, spare parts sales and repairs. Accept Work Instructions from Customer interfaces (Contract Managers, Project Engineers, Rotating Equipment Engineers, Commercial) and coordinate with EthosEnergy Field Service, Supply Chain and 3rd Party Suppliers to provide Asset Plans for planned and unplanned work activities. Create detailed Project Plans based on engineering Workpacks to agreed cost and schedule. Review and agree the Detailed Plans with the task owners and stakeholders. Create Daily Reports to track the detailed plans through the implementation of the projects. Track the Detailed Project Plans to completion using Daily Reports. Quoting/PO process: In support of the CE Coordinator, monitor quote requests, reviewing quote for its correspondence to Contract terms and conditions, submitting quote to the Client, clarification of quote related issues occurred, reviewing obtained POs, arranging PO signing, raising RFQ (request for quote) with PSNS, monitoring Intercompany PO raising progress, notifying all related parties concerning PO/Intercompany PO status, updating PO Tracker Produce weekly, monthly and end-of-project reports for the stakeholders to provide clear visibility of project activity and financial status. Invoicing process: In support of the CE Coordinator review invoice drafts from EE, PSNS and local 3rd Party Vendor and confirming its correspondence to Contract terms and conditions before invoice is released, summarizing month invoices’ Draft to the Client, updating PO Tracker in part of invoicing related issues, monitoring invoices paid status, collaboration with PSNS Accountant, preparing month Accrual report for SEIC FIB (finance in business) Department by summarizing expected monthly expenses. Assisting the Contract Manager to signal to Finance that the work is complete and should be invoiced. Coordinate and communicate information at all levels from Field Service to Board Room. Briefing and Training Field Service Engineers on how to complete and send in Daily 60 Second Reports. Training and holding presentations on Planning and Project Management to customers. Completing End-Of-Project Reports to summarise how well the plan ran to schedule and cost, HSE issues encountered, delays encountered, scope change encountered, major technical / operational issues encountered. (This ensures that lessons learned are noted, actual hours worked over and above the original schedule are accounted for and that we are paid correctly for the work done). Review of RFS (request for service) with Sakhalin team to ensure specific manpower is booked and quoted. Reviewing Client’s requirements for manpower for planned works Creating/reviewing/updating plans for SD and Campaign activities in Primavera, supporting plans and reports updating during scope execution, working up after-project reportsQualifications
Competent in the following MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) plus Adobe Reader / Writer. (This is essential for creating quotations and Purchase Orders) Experience of MS Project / Primavera is an advantage but training will be given. It is more important to be able to interpret requirements, interface with the technical engineers, suppliers and customers to build practical plans and reports, review them and fine tune to everyone’s agreement. Experience and enthusiasm are more essential for this role than academic qualifications. Experience of coordinating cross-functional teams is essential. (Engineering, Order Fulfilment, Finance, 3rd Party Suppliers) Experience of communicating at levels from the shop-floor to senior management is an advantage. Ability to hold presentations and train others on procedures to be followed. Ability to think practically and resolve day-to-day issues as they arise. Ability to work on their own initiative and prioritise to the needs of the business.
