Duties:

You will manage a pool of various consulting projects in civil engineering in Uzbekistan and/or Kyrgyzstan, based in Tashkent and/or Bishkek. The range of your responsibilities on each project will involve the usual project management duties: contract management, budget & planning management, resource management, quality management, change management & risk management A strong focus will be required on managing communication with and between the project stakeholders: client (often governmental), financing institution (IFIs), International experts, Internal Project team. You will report regularly and internally to the management team in order to give a clear follow-up on the projects’ advancement, escalate & mitigate the risks, manage the changes

Job requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management in line with the above-mentioned duties Experience working in an international environment: either working in a multinational company in Ukraine, or abroad, or closely with international stakeholders (experts, IFIs) Very good presentation skills, ability to fit with various levels of audience (management team, technical experts, subcontractors, banks, institutional clients) Capacity & desire to understand the project high-level technical stakes, digest them & make them understandable to non-initiates Fully operational use of the following MS-office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Fluent in Russian (written and verbal) and good command of English (written and verbal)

The following would be a strong asset to any application:

Fluent in English (written and verbal) Project Management Certification: PMP or Prince2 A technical background (education or professional experience) in Engineering, and esp. Civil Engineering A work experience in Consulting business A work experience in a PMO Command of MS-Project Interest in Central Asia
