Responsibilities: Client and contractors relationships management; Serve as the focal point of contact for the client; Ensure the timely delivery of services to clients; Business development; Planning budgets and activities for project management; Setting up goals for all subordinate staff; Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen client’s trust Requirements: Higher education, specialization in Finance/Project management; PMP certificate would be a plus; At least 7 years of experience in finance and/ or project management including at least 2 year of managerial experience; Good project management skills; Good understanding of project finance and ability to apply that knowledge and skills in practice; Excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate project team members; Competencies: Client relationship management, project management, project finance; English fluent; Availability for business trips Conditions: Location - Atyrau; Work schedule 5/2
