Advanced Degree 10-15 years’ experience Well Integrity Management Well Inflow and Outflow Modeling Well Inflow Enhancement Well Outflow Enhancement Well and Completion Design Sand Management Well Intervention and Workover Well Reservoir and Facility Management

Experience in:

Understanding/field experience of offshore operations both drilling, completion and production. Strong modelling experience - inflow, outflow, stimulation STIMPLAN, FIST, GAP, Prosper, Reveal. Gas Lift design and optimization High rate gas well operations, understanding, modelling. Extended reach / complex well & completion design experience Down hole sand control (Frac & P, OH SAS, OHGP) design and completion support Sand control experience critical (Single and Multiple zones OHGP deployed with conventional and alternate path systems, gravel pack fluids design experience / understanding, modelling and equipment knowledge, in depth operational/execution knowledge will be an advantage). Fluid design knowledge – sand control completion designs Scale Inhibition treatments design and optimization Well completions and Intervention design and support Coaching junior PTs Proven track record of coaching technical staff and developing them to deliver high quality technical work Opportunity Maturation Waterflood field developments, CRI / fractured well design and operations, gas lift design & operations Varied WRFM experience and ability to oversee asset work
