At present we are looking for Product Manager Automation (Underground Technik)

Job description

- Develop comprehensive application and product knowledge to achieve country wide revenue and profitability targets for Automation and UI Product line;
- The mission should be achieved by working close with dedicated sales engineers, operational managers, project leaders and distributor network, supporting and educating them accordingly;
- Create a market strategy for the Russian market for the scope of business involved and execute this plan operationally;
- Coordinate interaction with Product Companies in terms of price formation (price lists, margin control), order placing and lead time control, forecasting and sales performance in accordance to set targets;
- Provide feedback to the Product Company on all matters relating to product deficiencies and product development needs and activities;
- Obtaining all necessary product certification to use products in the Russian Federation;
- Collection, storage and proper translation of documents for all marketing requirements;
- Keep product specifications and sales materials up to date;
- Tracking and reporting market shares and competitors activities;
- Safeguard the overall assets of the company in general and do not reveal information to outside parties, which could be harmful to the company.

Experience requirements

- Sound knowledge of underground mining methods and applications.
- Analytical troubleshooting, teaching and experience from underground mining industry is meritorious.

Knowledge

- Fluent Russian and English, both verbal and written.
- Relevant computer literacy.
- Mining IT and network competence (TCP/IP, Ethernet, WiFi etc.) will be considered as a significant plus.

Educational requirements

- University degree - Technically oriented - or similar through experience

Personality requirements

- A proven self-starter who requires limited supervision within well-defined guidelines
- Professional presentation skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level of personal drive.
- Excellent business analysis, planning and organizing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country as required by business development.
