An international construction company is looking for a Procurement Specialist

Requirements:

Graduate degree in economic science More than 3 years experience in the corresponding field Experienced PC-user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP) Base knowledge of prime cost and price calculation Able to make risk analysis Fluent business English, additional German is appreciated Experience in construction business highly appreciated

Tasks:

Operational procurement activities for site relevant materials and services, including offer acquisition, negotiation, price optimization, creating purchase orders in SAP Ensuring material quality Determination of delivery conditions Expediting delivery agreements in dependence on installation lots Control of payments to suppliers Control of timely transfer to accounting department closing documents from suppliers, resolving controversial issues ​Informs Project Buyer in case of deviations from project related targets, makes recommendations for corrective measures
