We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced after-market professional to develop our Sales Areas Fire Suppression systems for Mining equipment strategies for competitive parts & service offering and to grow market share. Together with a sales team you will be responsible to analyze the market share and drive parts & services portfolio sales and strategies. This position reports directly to the Sales Support and Process Manager CIS .
You are an energetic individual with substantial knowledge of aftermarket business. You are a change leader with an excellent customer service track record. You want to be part of a pro-active team who are passionate about the aftermarket business.
Key performance areas:
Develop new product offering – liquid fire-fighting systems for mining mobile vehicles Analyze the market situation and demand trends and suggest relevant focus areas Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met. Fire-fighting systems technical and commercial sales support in CIS Liaise between sales teams and portfolio teams on any questions/queries related to portfolio offerings Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. Guiding and following fire-fighting systems opportunities in CRM Provide training and updates to sales personnel to ensure full knowledge & understanding of portfolio offering Coordinate CIS area product range sales and forecasting, value creation for customers Opportunities coordination and reporting to Global Product AreaYour Profile:
A technical/mechanical or industry related formal qualification Demonstrated business acumen 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment Experience in Sales for Mining customers and product development Availability to understand, plan and forecast activities to increase market share Readiness to business trips Fluent in both Russian and EnglishWe are offering:
