International Oil& Gas Company is looking for Planning engineer / Инженер по КСП.

Role: prepare, manage and update project schedules and plans for all project activities and integrated Schedules from Design, Permits and Approvals, Petroleum Engineering, Exploration and Drilling through to Operations.

Responsibilities:

To comply with the Company Project Management and Project Services Procedures; Management and Establishment of Project Schedules in Primavera P6 / MS Project; To gather planning data and progress information to evaluate overall project planning and progress status; Integration of cost data and site progress measurements in Project Schedules to prepare progress curves. Preparation and Update of progress reports including progress curves in the periodic Reports; To develop (or assist in developing) an asset cost and schedule data base for Russian projects; To Support project managers in the delivery of projects by the preparation of project plans, asset plans, producing baseline schedules (Level I, II and III), resource profiles and progress models; To provide support and advice to Project Management in planning related issues and functional contribution to the preparation of project and reporting documentation; Review Third Party or Operator schedules and organise progress meetings. Liaise with other departments. Participate in risk workshops and perform schedule & cost risk analysis using Primavera; Ensure effectiveness of the planning and progress control system, monitoring of progress measurement system and ensure efficient information flow; To be responsible for health, safety, security, and protection of the environment at the workplace, including participation in HSSE trainings and contribution to integrate HSSE into the company culture.

Requirements:

Higher education; 7+ years of relevant professional experience; Knowledge and working experience in oil and gas EPC industry; English language skills (business fluent); Advanced Primavera or MS Project user.
