Required Competences:
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of computer based planning tools, e.g. MS Project / Primavera P3 and P3ec including Microsoft suite e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Familiar with planning probabilistic and associated software.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to initiate and promote the discipline of cost/planning with other engineering/operations departments.
Ability to prepare strategy plans to ensure that the planning tools are capable of meeting the company's business needs.
Ability to assist in management reviews of existing Appraisal work activities
Ability to create/update planning estimating/control methods and procedures to reflect the latest engineering and Project Execution philosophies.
Familiar with the requirements and structure of Integrated Planning.
Fluency in English.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
B.S or Degree MSc or equivalent level (5 years) in engineering or related discipline Demonstrable experience (min 5 years) and proven track record in oil & gas engineering and development 5+ years of experience minimum, as planner in project or operation, highly desirable, including assignments to operational positions Good knowledge of the process of project maturation Experience in preparing and executing control procedures for both cost and planning. Experience in execution Project for production start-up Familiar to report and having appropriate communication with senior/general managers
