Описание

Обязанности: To provide technical guidance for preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) for the project specific requirements. To assist in preparation of method statements and Technical Work Instruction related to various NDT and welding jobs. To provide technical guidance and expertise to the project QA/QC personnel on NDT related issues. To undertake analyzing high weld repairs and giving guidance for improvements to reduce the repair rates. To assist the register for qualified welding procedures and welder performance records. To undertake the control and management of site NDT in association with QC in charge at site. To familiarize the new welders with the defects most often encountered in the project and measures to prevent the rejection of welded joints To coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities Prepare the NDT Procedures as per the Project standard Requirement. To inspect the complete weld (visual inspection testing as per standards). To select the Welding Joints for NDE (Radiography). To inspect the Radiography Result (check the welding defects). To collect the all Daily NDT check list and prepare the final Documents (Dossiers)
