Halliburton International GmbH is looking for a Multilateral Technology Engineer (MLT) on Sakhalin for rotation schedule:

As a Halliburton MLT Field Engineer, you have the opportunity to put your technical, mechanical, documentation and problem solving skills to use providing top-notch customer service. You will oversee the installation of a wide range of junction construction and well completion products & services, and consult the customers.

Under general supervision, the MLT Engineer provides on-site supervision of all MLT processes during the preparation and on-site installation of Multilateral tools & equipment. Engineer understands principles of Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA) selection and all aspects of MLT tool performance and ensures that BHA's are assembled as planned following the correct processes, maintains assigned equipment, and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

He / she serves as the second man on most jobs, assisting the Senior MLT Engineer and, assists in all aspects of job preparation and execution, as well as in ensuring that expected and needed data, including expected problems, are communicated to the customer as part of the risk mitigation process.

The MLT Field Engineer assist in pre-job simulations & calculations, maintaining daily job reports, End of Well Reports, service tickets, and all other relevant paperwork. He / she maintains records of all MLT equipment at the wellsite, including manifests for backload at the end of the job.

Skills are typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.
