Provide a high standard of technical and strategic advice and assistance to customer groups across a broad spectrum of issues in areas of HSE, Process Safety, and Operational Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES, AREAS OF ACTIVITIES
Knowledge of RF Law on HSE, Industrial Safety. Safety Leadership, Management of Change (MoC), Risk and Reliability Management, HSE Competence and Skills, Behavior Based Safety, Third party contractors management; High Technical Education. HSE exposure of 3+ years in international leading Companies. Oil&Gas, Metallurgy sectors are obligatory. Familiar with computer software (MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer) Languages - English, fluent Ability to find creative ways of solving business problems. Stress resistance, responsibility and ability to work in team.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Safety Leadership, Management of Change (MoC), Risk and Reliability Management, HSE Competence and Skills, Behavior Based Safety Work with company management on development and implementation of Innovative Safety products and services; Develop, improve and implement Company products and frameworks Train/Coach/Influence clients on best practices in HSE, Operational Excellence. Develop and offer new fields in education and certification, engineering and consulting service. Develop strategies, standards and procedures to implement initiatives and deliver solutions. Develop training materials, presentations, company information letters. Organize and conduct external audits, develop improvement initiatives and actions; Work with company management on development and implementation of Innovative Safety products and services. Monitoring and evaluation of HSE Management systems; Participation in technical projects as safety consultant. Work with Industry experts, legal parties, and media as required.. Represent Company during business conferences and eventsCONDITIONS
