Dear All, We are looking for Lead DSM (Drill Site Managers) Consultant.

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Requirements:

Preferably they should to have IADC Well Cap certification

Good, intermediate English

Experience in complex drilling

A minimum of 7 total years of prior Drilling & Completions industry experience a minimum of which 3 years shall be as a Drilling Supervisor (Company Man) and the remainder comprised of any of the following roles from any of the following types of companies Oil & Gas Services Company, Drilling Contractor, Producing Company: Field Engineer, Technician, Rig Manager, Tool Pusher, Driller, Drilling Engineer, Field Drilling Engineer, Superintendent.

Engineering degree from a 4 year University. Intermediate level fluency in English and Russian languages, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with oilfield equipment and services used in well construction and well servicing.

Mentor and train junior Drilling Representatives and Engineers.

Work well with others in culturally diverse (3 language) multi-function team setting.

The successful candidate must be familiar with RoK legislation, Well Construction (generic), Risk Management Process and Management of Change Process.

Interact effectively with internal customers (Petroleum Engineers, Geologists and other company departments such as Reservoir Management Group, Facilities Engineering, Production Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance) & Business partner representatives (Service & Rig Companies).

Supervise on-site operations to drill / complete / perform workover on new and existing wells. Serve as the on-site person in change (PIC). Give work direction to various service personnel to accomplish objectives of the well work program.

Uses various engineering tools to design and apply technical requirements of the well work program, including applied hydraulics, drill string design, well control calculations, tubing movement considerations, cement placement design, strength of materials, etc.

Compiles reports on daily operations and all associated supporting reports using the Drilling Information Systems (Wellview) software.

Perform accounting functions for cost control and material / equipment management for each well.

Provides operational insight to project planning and execution teams as required.

Work with Drilling Engineer and Drilling Superintendent to identify and implement process improvements, including drilling optimization.

Contributes to maintaining an incident free operation which is in support of and in compliance with our Protecting People and the Environment policy.

Responsible to lead and fully administer the safety program on-site including training, assurance, safety meetings, assurance procedures, incident investigations, drills and preparation of all required reports.
