We are looking for Junior DSM (Drill Site Managers) Consultant.

Only open to Kazakhstan home country employees.

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Requirements:

Preferably they should to have IADC Well Cap certification

Good, intermediate English

Experience in complex drilling

A minimum of 2 total years of prior Drilling & Completions industry experience in any of the following roles from any of the following types of companies: Oil & Gas Services Company, Drilling Contractor, Producing Company: Field Engineer, Technician, Rig Manager, Tool Pusher, Driller, Drilling Engineer, Field Drilling Engineer, Superintendent.

Engineering degree from a 4 year University.

Ability and willingness to mentor and train less experienced Drilling Site Managers and Engineers. Work well with others in culturally diverse (3 language) multi-function inclusive team setting.

Interact effectively with internal customers (Petroleum Engineers, Geologists and other company departments such as Reservoir Management Group, Facilities Engineering, Production Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance) & Business partner representatives (Service & Rig Companies).
