The HVAC Design Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of a complete HVAC engineering retrofit / modification solution for an onshore Drilling Support Module (DSM) in Russia. The solution will meet all API 505 zone classification requirements, and use client specifications and standards to ensure the integration to a suitable emergency shutdown/fire and gas (ESD/F&G) system, while meeting all necessary air flow, air quality, pressurization and temperature ranges. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the project FEED and Detailed Design phases, and provide engineering support during procurement, execution and commissioning phases.
Study Kentech and client design and engineering standards, specifications and procedures and incorporate these into project design deliverables for turnover to client. Attend and support initial brownfield survey. Produce all Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and Detailed Design deliverables from initial concept ideas, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data. Align drawing development with Russian GOST R regulations. Produce all design deliverables in English (and in Russian if Russian national candidate), using the correct legends & symbols, style names, dimensions, layers, coordinates, location references and numbering specifications. Design HVAC systems for mud pump rooms, boiler rooms, engine rooms, solids control area and agitator decks. Development of HVAC Flow Diagrams for main process and auxiliary systems including; HVAC P&ID; Process Flow Diagram (PFD); Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), Duct and Air Distribution diagrams; Ducting & Instrument Diagram (D&ID); HVAC Isometrics; HVAC Logic Control Diagrams; HVAC Equipment and System Data Sheets; General Specifications, Technical Studies, Reports and Assessments. Integrate design solution into; System Control graphical reports / diagrams determining logic control and shutdown functions; Cause & Effect Matrix; Fire & Gas Loop Drawings. Support the development of detailed technical Material Take-Off (MTO) lists for technical and commercial approval, utilizing Kentech Integrated Management System (IMS) tools and procedures. Modify existing drawings for retrofit and expansion projects, following established practices to add title blocks, scope & revision clouds and track all changes as per drafting standards. Convert Redlines to controlled documents and link drawings. Develop and submit Technical Queries (TQ) / Requests for Information (RFI) during engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) phases to retrieve clarification on drafting standards or general engineering queries. Support the development of execution work packages and Commissioning procedures for execution teams. Support project execution and ensure compliance with Kentech Group IMS Procedures, site environmental policies and Russian standards & regulations. Support the preparation of cost estimate proposals for future FEED and Detailed Design project phases. Support QAQC and Document Control department in the preparation and turnover of project deliverables. Assist and support in effective mentorship/coaching/guidance for Kentech employees including the development and roll-out of competency training modulesТребования:

-знание английского языка на уровне не ниже Upper-Intermediate
