Responsibilities

Ensure that all training needs are met by contractors, including but not limited: to Induction, rigging & lifting, confined space & excavating & trenching. Give guidance for the development of work JSA’s (Method statements & Risk assessments) Ensure Contactors follow all relevant agreed project HSE plans & procedures Identify and routinely monitor applicable legal and other requirements as they relate to Construction Project. Communicate the HSE-MS structure and responsibilities Monitor the practical implementation of the Site HSE requirements. Maintain HSE records. Identify/Document HSE training needs/plan for employees considering their roles, responsibilities, significant aspects, and legal and other requirements. Ensure that employees performing tasks, which can cause significant HSE impacts, are competent. Manage the processes by which HSE performance is communicated internally at the site. Ensure that relevant work instructions and requirements are communicated to affected employees, suppliers and contractors. Establish/Review/Revise/Test the Site Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP). Maintain/Follow-up on all non-conformances. Document the results of environmental performance Prepare and lead daily toolbox sessions Communicate the HSE Policies

Requirements

Nightshift work will be part of scope Construction HSE experience Minimum relevant HSE O&G experience 7+ years
