Education: Bachelors degree required.

Applicant technical credentials in lieu of a technical degree will be evaluated on a case- by-case basis.

Experience: 3-5 years relevant work experience in HES functions, including experience with IIF,BBS.

Language: English Pre-Intermediate level, Russian and Kazak fluency preferred.
