Performs daily HES inspections
Directly involved in SIMOPS discussions
Participates / leads Safety Walks and PSSR’s
Field Based Position - In field ~85% of the time.
Oversight of SC LUN’s
Ensures site compliance with EOC requirements
Oversight of ORT policies and procedures including reports and training
Conducts Gap assessments on contract workforce
Performs WRP assessments
Monitors/tracks electrical competency and examinations

Working knowledge/experience of Systems Completions
Working knowledge/experience of Operations and Construction
Direct experience with PTW and SIMOPS
Comprehensive knowledge of technical HES processes (Isolation of hazardous energy; Management of Change; Bypassing of critical protection; PHA's)
Able to deal with evolving situations and changing priorities.
PC competency, administrative skills, well organized with strong communication skills
Self-starting behavior and ability to work independently
