RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage of full range of preventive & corrective maintenance processes for all downhole & surface equipment used by company inside RU&CIS region Manage of maintenance for surface equipment incl. electronics control blocks (up to 1200VDC), vacuum and hydraulic pump stations Electronics maintenance including passive, active checks & reprogramming for hydraulic, mechanics, diagnostics, perforation & release device equipment Electronics equipment maintenance (incl.soldering) on daily basis incl. DC-DC converters, frequency converters, etc Electronic & wire harness assemblies acceptance as per IPC-A-610 & IPC-A-620 Rework, Modification & repair of electronic assemblies as per IPC-7711/7721 Efficiency analysis for of downhole and surface equipment. Conduct troubleshooting processes with relevant reports Service Quality Incident Reports preparation for all observed inaccuracies & non-conformance. Participation in investigations processes & correction action items. Reports closure control as per established terms Incoming control, inspection & analysis for all equipment arriving to Tyumen IMC incl. spare parts & consumables issued by HQ Manufacturing. Quality claims preparation in case of required Work with the entire line of test equipment. Test equipment efficiency analysis & troubleshooting Cooperation with a defined number of local Russian suppliers by established areas to supply required goods and services on an uninterrupted basis Participation in at least one specific project in the capacity of In Charge / Lead Maintenance Engineer, both for the needs of IMC and RU&CIS from the following list: Verification & Calibration, Machining & Welding, Quality Assurance, Garage & Generators Control, HSE

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher technical education (electronics, electrics, automation, similar) 3+ years of work experience in engineering positions in Maintenance/ Manufacturing/ Production in international companies Reading and analyzing hydraulic and electrical circuits to examine equipment operations and search for failures, to launch and set up local test equipment Practical experience & knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps and actuators operating principles. Wide experience in troubleshooting of electronics devices CIS level for IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/7721. Other IPC standards are significant advantages ATEX & Explosion-proof certifications are significant advantages Electrical Safety RU, 3+ level English level: Good speaking and writing skills for daily communication of any kind in an international team, trips to international locations, participation in international trainings and solution of technical issues online High level of technical English to process a large quantity of information related to operating processes and equipment (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, electrics)
