B.S. or Masters level degree or equivalent level in engineering or subsurface related discipline;
6+ years of experience minimum, including assignments to operational positions in subsidiaries and deep knowledge of one or two subsurface and/or surface trades 3+ years of experience minimum in Development Planning 3+ years minimum of working in and leading multi-functional teams Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects highly desirable and key criteria for successful candidate Deep knowledge of process of development planning for hydrocarbon assets Reasonable familiarity with other aspects of production and exploration Ability to identify, analyse and resolve medium to complex technical / commercial problems and to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to develop work scope and steps required to achieve specific objectives; Ability to make independent decisions with little guidance from management as work progresses Knowledge of all relevant discipline codes and standards Full understanding of HSE importance in planning and executing projects. Proven interfacing and influencing skills with senior management and shareholders to achieve section goals; influence all stakeholders. Prior experience with Caspian sea assets is highly desirable for selected candidate, to minimize learning curve and deliver on urgent priorities and business needs.Required Competences:
