3.2 Develop FGP Phase 5 Delivery specific implementation procedures and work processes for execution and tracking for the validation of completion of the deliverables related to MOC close

out that will support to achieve the Project milestones and integrate work processes and define and agree methods of communication with project teams.
3.3 Incorporate and / or develop a path forward for accounting of any unique requirements for deliverables as it relates to the MOC close out of the future facilities. Develop and implement work processes to the extent of possibility however, where exceptions need to be made, work with Phase 5 Delivery Team and others as directed by Lead to implement any changes.

3.4 Specific responsibilities include progressivley to track, validate and account for the completion of project deliverables for MOCs, RFSU and Handover to Operations. Provide readiness reports related to deliverables’ completion status:  MOC (Track and verify the consistency TCO component verification status in both databases – TCO MOC and CMS. Ensure that MOC databases are up to date and accurate)  Engineering & Vendor deliverables (As-Builts/Redlines, PSI, Vendor Key & Action documents etc.)  Component Listing (Ensure all tag numbers are located / mentioned properly on assigned drawings. Work closely with KPJV counterparts for inconsistency and misalignment of the components list to associated drawings)  Quality Verifying Documents (checksheets, Acts, loops, hydrotests etc.)  Punch Lists  Pre-Start up Safety Reviews  Commissioning deliverables (dossier, executed function test porcedures etc.)  Regulatory Affairs deliverables (certificate, permits, approvals etc.)

3.5 Provide leadership and guidance for the validation, make suggestions to improve value of completions work processes if required. Assist in coordination and work prioritization to ensure accuracy in applying processes and to enforce delivery work processes. Work closely with Phase 5 Delivery Teams to project and develop the required features in CMS to allocate all Operations Delivery requirements.

3.6 Establish and maintain communications with MOC Tie-in group, System Completion, Engineering, IT/IM, Regulatory teams to ensure the accurate and timely flow of data and deliverables in accordance with agreed work processes. Interface and work with the MOC Tie-in group, System Completion, Engineering, IT/IM, Regulatory, Operations teams to provide guidance and support for all completion management activities, specifically related to the database development and verification of all deliverables for Acceptance of Handover, whether it is deemed Ready for Start-up, Operations Acceptance and Handover. Works to achieve full alignment of project status for these deliverables as well as activities between the Project Teams and Phase 5 Delivery Team.

3.7 Develop FGP Phase 5 Delivery detailed work instructions for execution and tracking for the validation of completion of the Project Deliverables related to the MOC close out according to the project requirements.

3.8 Make suggestions to improve value of CMS web pages to optimize and simplifies CMS work process if required.

3.9 Work closely with Atyrau Core Team and Tengiz Delivery execution teams for the deliverables’ verification required for Handover Packages by Areas (Gathering, Control & Power, 3GI/3GP, Infrastructure) and close out any outstanding issues related to deliverables’ requirements.

3.10 Provide status report for MOCs from MOC IT Tool and imports into CMS on recurring basis. Generate the weekly and monthly reports for MOCs’ statuses to CMS Database team. Provide delivery MOC close out report on weekly basis.

​​​​​​​Technical Qualifications:  University Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent background.  Level of English – Intermediate.  4 - 6 years proven work experience in Oil & Gas Environment – in the Project Environment / Lifecycle, especially Major Capital Projects (MCP).  Proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows.  Experience with Facility Acceptance requirements - in line with RoK regulations.  Technical evaluation of Regulatory compliance issues as related to the Operations Readiness to Start-up. 0B2.2 Non-Technical skills:  Application of leadership skills.  Good team-working abilities. Must be able to influence others to achieve goals.  Excellent Organizational skills.  Financial Awareness.  Strong Technical / Analytical Skills.  Self-Starter with multitasking capabilities. 2.3 IT Skills:  Good working knowledge of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
