Qualification & Experience Requirements: Level II

University degree in Engineering, with a strong preference for Petroleum Engineering disciplines (Reservoir engineering, etc.)

3 year of data modeling, data management and data quality improvement.

3 year experience in Production Operations in oil and gas or Petrochemical Industry.

3 year working in data management supporting Geoscience, Engineering or Production Operations in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing Industry.

Required Competences:

Good understanding of the Information and Data management principles – ownership, integrity, quality, data standards etc.

Skilled in one or more subsurface technical disciplines e.g. geosciences, petroleum engineering.

Knowledge in Upstream Information Management and the application of the Shell Information & Data Framework

Knowledge in IT/IM Business Partnering and Value Creation, business domain: Production Operations.

Knowledge in Change Management

Good communication and presentation skills

Good people management and coaching skills
