REQUIREMENTS:
TECHNICIAL QUALIFICATION: FITTER, MACHINIST / MECHANICAL DIPLOMA
SKILLS:
· Good Communication skills
· Basic mechanical aptitude.
· Knowledge of API (american petroleum institute) 6A & 16A products - preferably
· Knowledge of pressure test procedure
· Knowledge of measuring instruments and using tools
· Knowledge of gas testing procedure
· Disassembly, Assembly and pressure test BOP Experience
· Disassembly, Assembly and pressure test Annular Experience
· Pressure testing of well head equipment Christmas tree experience.
· Manuals and specifications of production or repair materials.
· Process of processing customer requests, tenders, contracts review and controlling the further productions and service
Procedure is to establish a formal system for controlling all internal measuring and monitoring devices
· Method for monitoring and controlling the quality of parts and sub-assemblies throughout the manufacture process.
· The arrangements for meeting Company requirements for material / product identification, traceability and accepted parts throughout our work processes.
· General requirements for preserving the quality of products/products constituents and materials from receipt into the facility through to delivery to the customer.
· The arrangements for taking care of customer property while it is under the control of Black Lake.
· System for ensuring that products which do not conform to requirements are identified and controlled to prevent their intended use for delivery.
· Procedure to provide a system for preventing, identifying, and taking action to prevent recurring non –conformances.

EXPIERENCE: 10+ Years of Experience in Lathe, Vertical, Boring, Drilling and Milling Machines.
TRAINING and QUALIFICATION: Basic first aid Firefighting, H2S.
Duties:
· Dismantling of the following Equipment: Blow Out Preventers, Christmas Tree, Gate Valves and Spools.
· Assembling of the following Equipment: Blow Out Preventers, Christmas Tree, Gate Valves and Spools.
· Pressure Testing of the following Equipment: Blow Out Preventers, Christmas Tree, Gate Valves and Spools.
· Trouble shooting and Inspection of the above mentioned Well head and drilling equipment.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Work in oil service company in Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq. Company provides visa, transfer, accomodation. Salary is negotiable. Please mention in CV your salary expectation.
