Associate Project Engineer responsibilities:

carries out work in accordance with PSN Core values; company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management systems;

supports lead project engineer or assignment manager for the efficient execution of assigned projects to deliver within schedule, cost and at an acceptable quality;

develops scope of work handed over by SEIC project engineer for each project to achieve the specified deliverables;

supports the lead project engineer or assignment manager in developing cost and schedule control estimates and project key control documentation;

provides support to the lead project engineer or assignment manager in highlighting and resolution of engineering issues;

communicates and interfaces with other project design and engineering disciplines;

acts as the engineering coordinator with the project team to provide support to the lead project engineer or assignment manager;

when requested by lead project engineer or Delivery manager performs duties of site visit coordinator in accordance with established procedure;

reports Deliverable and Activity progress;

when required attends offshore platforms and other production sites for site surveys and data collection for further engineering and design;

obtains any job required certification and attends required training in due time and with diligence.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strategic planning and organizing;

Ability to manage and motivate all disciplines to deliver projects;

Conducting formal meetings, summarizing and close-out pending issues;

Specialist project skills.

PC Literate.

Some experience in design, specification, construction and or general project engineering of oil and gas facilities experience would be an advantage.

Degree in relevant Engineering discipline and membership of internationally recognised applicable professional institute and preferably Post Graduate degree in Engineering.

Terms and conditions:

Office based position (not rotation), normal working hours - 40 hours per week, private medical insurance, annual legal travel compensation, 50% subsidized membership in the local fitness centres, employment by Russian subcontractor company "Gazproektengineering".
