Responsibilities:
Rendering assistance to the Director and other employees of Direction after coordination with the Director in interaction with personnel of the Directions; responsible persons of associated Departments or Directions; representatives of external governmental and non-governmental organizations in cases connected with fulfillment of duties. Document turnover keeping, filing, archiving, and registration of incoming/outgoing documents.Assistance to works employees of Direction. Making the work and labor leave schedules of employees of Direction. Provision of labor discipline observance. Organization of trips, provision with transport and accommodation as well as preparation of office premises for important meetings, and translation of the documents; Timely collection and making employees of Direction working time sheets as well as their submission to Human Resources Department; Control over the state of office equipment in Direction office premises as well as control over availability of required stationery for all employees of Direction; Making and, in some cases, receiving and sending documents required to be timely delivered to the end consumer. Making letters and memoranda by instructions of Director; Giving immediate notice to the direct manager of the situation having arisen and posing a threat to life and health of people, and safety of the employer’ property, and also of downtime arisingRequirements:
Qualification requirements to the Assistant are higher education, knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, and English languages, computer skills, competence, ability to work in team, and promptness.
Working schedule 5*2 3 month probation period
