Our Client is the biggest Company. They are looking for Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of reports; Work with IT-applications. Organization of business trips to the employees of the department (registration of applications for the purchase of tickets, hotel reservation, etc.). Performing general office duties, working with office equipment, including pdf scanners, copiers, PCs, telephones, etc.; Preparation of weekly reports for the responsible officer; Organization of teleconferences, issuing and collecting corporate phones and SIM cards for the department; Order gifts for employees, the regular updating of telephone directories. Coordination of work on the timely processing of time sheets for employees of the department; Performance of other assignments under the authority of the department, on instructions from the management in accordance with the established rules; Carry out duties in an appropriate manner and in accordance with labor laws. Attend all seminars and training programs, including self-guided training online programs, defined by the Company as mandatory for all employees; To fulfill duties, following the rules of labor protection and safety precautions, to inform the head in a timely manner of any incidents, injuries or their threats in the workplaces witnessed by the employee.

Requirements:

English language competency (fluent); Previous Administration Assistant experience (minimum of 1 year experience); Strong business and personal references.
