International AI and Robotics company is looking for driven and successful HR specialist join our team in Kiev.

Job Role:



- Hire technical specialists, developers, IT staff

- Organize, develop and maintain HR processes within the fast growing AI and Robotics company

- Attracting the best professionals and talent to meet the company’s growth needs

- Administer HR-related documentation, such as labor documents, staff data base, onboarding and outboarding.



We need:



- Minimum of 3 years' experience as HR in IT

- Good understanding of IT market

- Good knowledge of Ukrainian labor law protocol and procedures, employment contracts

- Advanced English language skills – is a must (verbal/written)

- Good computer literacy — google drive/ MS office software

- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Bright, positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
