TEAM LEAD Recruitment

The Lead Recruiter is responsible for working with Business Leaders and providing client satisfaction with LM’s Business Leaders. The Lead Recruiter will work closely with the operation management, and staff. The person in this role will define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies and provide a qualified candidate pool for Business Streams. This role requires project management & recruiting experience to meet client satisfaction goals.

Effectively monitor and coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and hiring all associates. This will be achieved through the development of collaboration with Business Leaders, recruiters team development, recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Duties and responsibilities

· Plan recruiting activities for Business

Provide a sourcing service to full-cycle recruiters which includes determining the needs with Business Leaders, updating the job descriptions as necessary, sourcing, screening, on boarding and follow up throughout the recruitment process

· Participate in HR brand strategy development by participating in HR conference, events

· Source active and passive candidates via networking, social media outlets, internet searches, events attendance, organization memberships, and employee referrals

· Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads

· Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue targets as set by management team

· Report and analyze sourcing metrics on a monthly basis

· Develop and execute sourcing plans and conduct regular follow-up with recruiters to determine the effectiveness of sourcing plans and implementation

· Network through industry contacts

· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

· Conduct interviews

Develop researches and recruiters in the team

· Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System

· Assist in performing reference checks

· Perform other special projects as assigned

Qualifications

3-5 years’ successful experience with Recruiting agencies ( finance, legal , HR expertises ) , using staffing tools such as applicant tracking software, HR systems, electronic job boards, social media and candidate sourcing applications

2-3 years of executive search

2-3 years of leading team recruitment will be a plus

Strong Project management Time management skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple sourcing activities simultaneously

Passionate about recruitment with outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communications skills, with a customer-service focus

Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills

Must be flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities

Ability to display initiative in sharing of information and updating information timely

Ability to handle confidential information

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Business management

Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision

Resourcefulness

Ability to be detail-oriented

Thorough knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
