Job Description:
Manage full cycle recruiting process for sales, marketing, finance and IT functions. Participate in internal career development&assessment activities. 1 Researcher under supervision. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help develop job descriptions and interview strategies Identify, engage, screen and interview qualified candidates Apply your creative sourcing tactics and look for new ways to network the talent Recommend, extend, and close offers Partner with Human Resources to on-board new hires Other duties as assigned.Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Master degree with a leading University. Degree in finance or economics would be an advantage 3+ years proven recruiting experience within consulting company, preferably in FMCG segment Strong interviewing skills Proven experience in direct search and headhunting Excellent verbal and written communications Analytical thinker Detailed oriented and responsible
