Responsibilities:

Coordinating full cycle of Student Lab – the program of courses, internship, trainings on various technologies Planning Lab with department managers (schedule, program, curators and mentors, number of groups, students etc.) Advertising at universities, social networks etc. Recruiting: testing and interviewing students Cooperating with curators and mentors: preparing the educational programs, materials, lectures + training mentors Interaction with ISD in order to prepare working places, equipment and software for students Coordinating the process of education Analyzing the results with department managers and preparing job offers for the students who pass Lab successfully Reporting

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Higher education Skill of effective communication with various audience Experience of recruiting Practice of public presentations Skill of planning and setting priorities Ability to maintain your point of view Capability to work in multitasking environment Intermediate level of English

Pluses:

Experience of organizing trainings, courses Knowledge of IT-sphere
