- Objective: Team Leader will be the first person within the controlling & reporting department in Lviv. The main objective will be to CREATE the controlling & reporting department at our office in Lviv by recruiting, training & coaching the following staff in the department and ensuring the management of the local team in accordance with the company's strategy. Responsibilities: Create the controlling & reporting department at our office in Lviv. Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff. Follows strategic KPIs of the department & team. Develop a culture of innovation and efficiency. Ensures that the values, rules and procedures are respected by the employees. Collaborates directly with the other departments of the company (training, commercial, recruitment, financial, IT). Participates and reports the results in different weekly & monthly management meetings and proposes solutions for improvement. Profile searched : Higher studies completed (bachelor's / master's degree). Minimum 1 year of experience in team management. Experience in recruiting, training staff, motivating & evaluating staff/team. Availability for national and international trips - especially in the training period. English (advanced). French (will be a plus). Real coordination and leadership skills. Business orientation, analytical capacity and long-term vision. Very good communication skills and proactive attitude.
