We have an amazing Career Catapult Opportunity for you in Human Resources. PromoRepublic is growing and we need help with recruitment and HR. We are looking for a person who will help speed up our recruiting process, gets involved into setting up the HR department/initiatives, and within a year will grow to Head of HR at PromoRepublic. The work involves direct interaction with the co-founders.

Creating mind blowing job descriptions for vacancies and distribute online and to the network Preliminary review of resumes and interview scheduling with relevant department heads and co-founders Participate in events and meetups of SaaS Community in KyivUpon Successful transition to Head of HR, responsibilities will involve:
Onboarding of new employees, ensuring team members have everything necessary for comfortable work and growth Feel and support the team spirit, communicate openly, notice problems, fix via quick interaction, being an "mediator" between employees and co-founders Organize and facilitate 1-1 meetings, quarterly retrospectives, team events, in addition to other HR initiatives such as but not limited to Culture Code, Monthly Meetings with CEO, Information Evenings (Strategy, Mission, Culture) Track holidays, birthdays, other important dates internally and externallyRequired Skills:
1+ years in IT Recruitment Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) Skill of building systems and processes Empathy Results oriented Understanding and supporting Business Goals with HR Being active or Present on Social MediaAbout PromoRepublic:
