We help our Clients (government, private and public corporations in the United States) interview and hire professionals in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.

We are looking to hire and train motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals looking to build a career in HR and Recruitment. We do not require prior relevant experience.
This is a remote fulltime position and can be based anywhere in Ukraine. The salary is paid in US dollars from the first day of work (including training period) plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities:
Recruit top talent for different roles (e.g. IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) to achieve monthly hiring goals
Conduct screening phone calls with candidates pre-selected for you by professionally trained Online Researchers/Sourcers specializing in different job categories and company environment (daily expected phone time is minimum 6 hours)
Assist in arranging interviews for qualified Candidates with our Clients
Requirements:
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Willingness to stay on the phone for minimum 6 hours a day
Quiet home office
A personal laptop (we will cover the monthly internet expense)
Availability to work a fixed schedule of fulltime (8 hours) either from 3:00 pm till midnight Kyiv time or from 4:00 pm till 1:00 am Kyiv time with a 1 hour lunch break. Certain flexibility may be provided to successful candidates
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Equipment requirements:
Internet speed no less than 5 Mbps both download/upload
