Our rapidly growing team is currently looking for highly motivated Recruiter to take up the process of hiring new talents for our Kiev team.

Skills and qualifications required:
1+ year' experience in recruiting, preferably dealing with Sales and IT vacancies Strong communication skills Good personnel selection skills (interviewing) At least Intermediate level of EnglishResponsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for Sales, IT, Marketing Active search of candidates using different sources and search techniques CVs screening according to vacancies requirements Planning, organizing and conducting interviews Providing support for team leads during the hiring process Supporting of onboarding and induction processes Exploring alternative channels for candidates' attraction Participation in others HR-team activities, such as internal and external communications, onboarding development, processes optimizationWe offer:
