Job Purpose:

We are looking for a professional recruiter with a good experience, who will assure efficient and effective staffing process of open vacancies and provide staffing services to SoftServe internal clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:



- Perform full recruitment lifecycle basing on recruitment process:



- Evaluate matching candidates and prepare them for a hiring managers' interview by providing the detailed information about our Company, business strategy, department specific, job descriptions and define applicants' expectations



- Organize and conduct HR, Technical, Project, Client interviews



- Manage the schedule of all candidates' interviews and supply hiring manager with all the necessary information about the certain candidate



- Complete Candidate’s Profile and assure this profile will be filled by the hiring manager



- Maintain all interview outcomes data in the HR database



- Provide candidates with the feedback after each interview



- Assist Hiring Manager in:

- collecting references and checking the background of a potential employee



- preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters







- Review hiring manager interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate actions



- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need



- Permanently analyze the external labor market in accordance with company needs and proactively respond it



- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruitment up to date



- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates



- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment



- Define and share information about sources where to find appropriate candidates



Requirements:

Education —



- Bachelor Degree and higher



Expert knowledge —



- Understanding of software development company functioning



- Understanding of offshore software development specifics



- Understanding of full recruitment lifecycle components



Skills & abilities —



- English level — Intermediate and above



- Good communication and presentation skills



- Good persuasion and sale skills
