- Recruiter (US Market) Pay: $800 base + bonuses Shift: 15:00−00:00 Everest Transit is a subsidiary of Everest Transportation Systems, which manages a 30000 m2 warehouse in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Recruiter at Everest Transit plays a key role in the company’s growth. We are looking for a goal-oriented Recruiter, who wants to implement and develop their English skills and gain experience in the US market. Responsibilities:
Full cycle recruitment of truck drivers and owner-operators candidates in the US Utilization of various posting sites and LinkedIn Communication via text and phone with potential candidates Conduction of interviews Completion of background check Cooperation with Warehouse Management in Chicago and operations manager Opportunity to work with native English speakers on a daily basis
Skills Required:
Fluent communication in English, Russian and Ukrainian is a must Minimum 1-year experience in Recruitment Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn and other posting sites Ability to learn about the US logistics market Ability to understand and prioritize in stressful situations Have access to the internet, computer, smartphone during shift Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills
